We are looking for a restaurant assistant for our sushi restaurant who wants to take responsibility for the daily operations and lead the business towards high quality, good service, and satisfied guests.
About the position
As a restaurant assistant, you will be responsible for the restaurant and act as a key person between the kitchen, staff, and restaurant manager. You will ensure that the restaurant operates efficiently and meets set goals.
Responsibilities
- Ensure high levels of service and quality
- Be responsible for routines regarding hygiene, work environment, and safety
- Cash handling
- Orders, deliveries, and contact with suppliers
- Introduction and training of new staff
Qualifications
- Experience in the restaurant industry
- Good teamwork skills
- Service-oriented, solution-focused, and stress-resistant
- Responsible and flexible
- Knowledge of Swedish and English
